welcome

Welcome to my HAM SHACK, If I could, I would offer you some MOXIE, the best SODA in the country, something this country needs more of. Hopefully you will find some useful info about HAM RADIO, my favorite hobby and MOXIE my favorite brew. I will try and include some links to other HAM RADIO related sites and some MOXIE sites. My Ham Shack consist of an Icom IC-756PROIII, IC-718 and a Yaesu FT-890/AT, a MOSLEY TA-36 at 50ft, Hygain 2BDQ 40/80 meter dipole. I have a couple of Kenwood 2 meter/440 HT's and a Yaesu FT-8100 Dual band mobile. My computer is an Compaq 1.2 GHz computer which is used mostly for Echolink where you will find me most of the time, give it a try and look me up when the bands are not so good... Also the computer is connected to my ham gear via an AEA PK900 all mode data controller and/or MMTTY/MMVARI. Also a Drake L7 AMP and a MN2700 tuner to give the signal some kick...
I am also an Ex-Maine-iac from Lewiston-Auburn Maine. Which is where I discovered MOXIE a long time ago. I have a small collection of Moxie bottles and signs too. I have added a MOXIE Picture page, please give it a look. It shows some of the memorabilia I have collected. I will be adding some more pretty soon so keep checking back once in a while for new additions. I won't bore you with my background as yet, maybe later on. In the meantime check out my COOL LINKS below and keep checking back as I add more content and links to this page....73 -Joe WR4B.
