New Ram Shack Pictures 5-3-03

Here are the new pic´s I have been promising. New paint job and re-arranged the GPS and TMD700A.

Here are a few details about my Ram Ham/CB Shack.

The Dodge Ram is a 1995 model, Dark Blue Pearl coat over Silver Metallic, Long Bed. 318 (5.2 liter) V8, K&N chrome open air filter, Amsoil dual remote oil filter and Magnecor Plug wires. Mopar performance computer and Optima Battery.

The radio´s consist of a Yaesu FT100 HF/VHF/UHF transceiver, a Kenwood TMD700A VHF/UHF transceiver for APRS along with a Garmin GPSIII GPS.

The 10/11 meter gear is a Super Star SS3900 with some Mods done to it along with the best mobile mic you can try and find a Turner JM+2. Found this one on eBay from a guy in England in mint condition.
The Amp is a Texas Star with some Mods to convert from CW Transmitter to Amp.

The antennas used are an Outbacker Perth for HF, a Wilson W1000 for 10/11 meters and a Larsen dual band glass mount for VHF/UHF.
